GRADE®系统 应用研究对象、干预、对照和预后(Population,Intervention,Comparison and Outcome,PICO)模型论证每个问题,并采用推荐分级的评价、制定与评估系统的原则(Grading of Recommendations,Assessment,Development and Evaluation,GRADE®)阐释推荐意见。通过对文献的定量分析,以确定证据的质量,即以定量干预的效果分析评估可能具有的置信度及推荐意见的水平。证据质量划分为4个等级:
PICO. P=应用肌肉松弛药进行气管插管的成年手术患者,I=肌肉松弛药(琥珀胆碱、阿曲库铵、顺阿曲库铵、米库氯铵、泮库溴铵、瑞库溴铵、维库溴铵和罗库溴铵),C=未应用肌肉松弛药,O=阳性,适用于根据Cormack-Lehane标准[36,37]或其他有关的肌肉松弛药药效学研究的药物临床研究管理规范(Good Clinical Research Practice,GCRP)[38],经评估符合气管插管条件的患者;阴性,适用于上呼吸道不适,如咽喉痛、声音嘶哑、声带损伤、咽部损伤、牙齿损伤,以及严重并发症,如气管穿孔、食管插管、吸入性肺病、过敏反应的患者。
